Dr. Rivera earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University and became the first student to complete a preceptorship at the VA Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where she worked alongside specialists in physical therapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitation medicine. She integrates chiropractic adjustments, functional movement analysis, clinical nutrition, and soft tissue therapy to help patients regain strength, stability, and confidence in their movement.
Her care extends beyond chiropractic adjustments—she incorporates muscle testing, functional rehab exercises, clinical nutrition strategies, and targeted lifestyle recommendations to ensure lasting results. With a deep understanding of how nutrition, gut health, and metabolic function influence musculoskeletal health, she tailors her approach to address the underlying biochemical imbalances that contribute to pain, inflammation, and impaired recovery.
Above all, Dr. Rivera is deeply dedicated to her patients’ well-being. She listens intently, provides gentle but effective guidance, and ensures that each patient feels heard and cared for. Whether you’re an active individual looking to prevent injuries, someone managing chronic pain and inflammation, or a parent seeking holistic family care, Dr. Rivera is committed to helping you move better, heal faster, and achieve long-term wellness with compassion and expertise.
